If you have deleted the default notes that came with StickyBrain you can get them back. The following steps will walk you through the steps to get the default notes back:

1. Launch StickyBrain

2. Choose File > Import Notes, and select "Rich Text file".

3. Press Command-Shift-G to open the "Go to folder" drop down sheet.

4. Type the following:

/Applications/StickyBrain/StickyBrain.app/Contents/Resources/DefaultNotes

5. Click Open to import the notes.
