The Missing Sync for Palm OS software will ask you to choose between the Entourage Conduit and the StickyBrain Conduit since only one application can synchronize with the Memo Pad application on the Palm handheld. However, the Missing Sync for Palm OS software does not take into account the fact that you can turn off the 'Notes' sync in the Entourage Conduit, thus allowing the StickyBrain Conduit to synchronize with the Memo Pad application.

The following steps will allow you to use the Entourage Conduit and StickyBrain Conduit at the same time: 

1. Remove the StickyBrain Conduit from the 'Conduits' folder (/Library/Palm HotSync/Conduits/).

2. Launch The Missing Sync for Palm OS software.

3. Select the Entourage Conduit in the list of conduits.

4. Click the Settings button or double-click the Entourage Conduit.

5. Set 'Notes' to 'Do Nothing', and then click the OK button.

6. Press Command-Option-Shift-D. A window will appear. Click here to learn more about this option and possible issues related to it.

7. Select 'Allow conduit conflicts', and then click the OK button.

8. Quit The Missing Sync for Palm OS software.

9. Place the StickyBrain Conduit back into the 'Conduits' folder.

You will now be able to HotSync using both the Entourage Conduit and StickyBrain Conduit.
