1. Verify the “StickyBrain.plugin” file is in the “Contextual Menu Items” folder. This folder is located in your home “Library” folder. The “StickyBrain.plugin” file will look like a folder, and you may not see the .plugin extension.
2. Launch StickyBrain and create a new note.
3. Press the “Save” button on the Control palette.
4. Quit StickyBrain.
5. Open the “System Preferences”.
6. Click on the “Login Items” button if you’re using OS 10.2.Click on the “Accounts” button and then the “Startup Items” tab if you’re using OS 10.3.
7. Remove HotKey from the list.
8. Then re-add HotKey to the list. The HotKey application is located in the “Support” folder of the “StickyBrain” folder in the Applications folder.
9. Restart your computer.
The StickyBrain contextual menu should work at this point.
