Direct Purchases. Chronos wants you to be happy with your software purchase. To this end, we invite you to download and try out any of our products for up to 30 days before you buy. Because we offer a 30 day Try-Before-You-Buy program and because our software is transmitted electronically, we do not offer refunds on software purchases.
Retail Purchases. We are unable to refund purchases of our products made at retail stores. Instead, all retail refunds must go through the store you purchased the software from and are subject to their refund policy.
Mac App Store Purchases. If you purchased a Chronos product from the Mac App Store, then please contact Apple for any purchase refunds since they collected your money and are the only party who can refund it.
