The SOHO Art Pack installer was developed and released back in early 2005 as a PowerPC application. This means it only works on PowerPC computers or Intel computers running Apple's Rosetta technology. Rosetta is the name of Apple's technology which makes it possible for Intel-based computers to run PowerPC computer. Apple stopped including their Rosetta technology in OS X when they released Mountain Lion in July of 2012. If you're having problems installing SOHO Art Pack, it's likely because you either don't have a PowerPC computer or your Intel computer doesn't support Rosetta. Chronos stopped selling SOHO Art Pack many years ago, so it hasn't been tested or officially supported on releases of OS X since then.
